Shipping & Delivery

•” Ready-To-Ship” ensembles will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
•” Made-To-Order” ensembles will be shipped in 15-20 business days.

• “Standard Domestic Shipping” takes 7-10 business days for delivery.
• “Express Domestic Shipping” takes 3-4 business days for delivery.
• “International Shipping” takes 15-20 days for delivery.


Tracking Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Service Delays
HOUSE OF NOORI is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters, festive seasons or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.

Regarding liability, the shipping company will be responsible for any damage caused during transit.

Custom Fees
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– HOUSE OF NOORI is not responsible for these charges and we are not aware of what these charges would be for each destination country, if applicable. We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.

Return policy

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

An incorrect product has been delivered to you.
If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect
Please note that each return or exchange request is considered as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there have been three (3) failed delivery attempts by our shipping partners and/or if the package has been refused by the recipient.

If your request meets our return criteria as stated above, please contact our client services team within three (3) days of delivery with the following information:

Your Order Number
The reason for return and in the case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the received garment.
Please do not, send back the garments without any written confirmation from our client services team. No refunds would be made in such instances.

Once a confirmation for return has been given along with a pick-up schedule, please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and that the original tags are intact.

PLEASE NOTE: International orders are unfortunately not eligible for returns owing to logistical reasons and the stringent customs laws in India.

Refund policy


For refund transactions, please note that the processing time is typically within 7-8 working days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
